Dear Customer,
we started getting alerts of Rogers TPIA circuit instability. Our NOC escalated this situation to Rogers TPIA. Currently NO ERT.
The fibre work undertaken by a third party provider, involving excavation for cable installation to a building, unfortunately, resulted in the unintentional severance of Rogers' fibre cables, causing significant damage. Two high-capacity fibre cables affected: a 288-count and an 864-count cable. Fibre technicians are en route to the location, and a few fibre crews have already engaged.
